The latter was me after my third baby girl was born. I had been trying to research nutrition on my own and had become more confused than ever! I had about 30#’s of baby weight to lose and I was living with low energy most days AND I was only 31!

I DID know God had a design for food, and I remember thinking, I couldn’t go wrong by buying more of my family’s food from a local farm, so that’s where my confusion started to shift to clarity.

It was from that farm connection, I learned about Weston A. Price and other nutritional pioneers’ research that wasn’t agenda driven by mega food giants or government agencies. It was true research. AND, in the process, I saw God’s message of food in the Bible come alive! I made nutritional changes in my family and immediately felt more energy, weight started coming off easily and all my nutritional confusion turned into confidence. Such a great feeling!!

What did I learn exactly? That’s what I want to share with you!!!
